Job summary

1Luv Foods LLC is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to plan, organize and execute a range of events from corporate gatherings to community festivals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, manage budgets, and develop timelines to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires creativity, strong organization, and excellent communication to build lasting partnerships with sponsors and venues. Evening and weekend work may be needed in a fast-paced food events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Passion for food and culinary arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including catering, venue selection, audiovisual needs, and décor.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
• Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all elements are delivered on time.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion, including social media campaigns and partnerships.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to foster ongoing partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s event offerings.
