Shadow Mountain Memory Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a passionate Dining Services Director (Culinary Director) to oversee the dining program and deliver an exceptional experience for residents.

The role requires leadership, menu oversight, staff scheduling, budgeting, sanitation standards, and collaboration with residents and families. Qualifying candidates should have a high school diploma, 3–5 years in dining services, Serve Safe certification, and prior Senior Living experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and professional communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in dining services management and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of health department guidelines and dining service operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all aspects of the dining services program.
• Ensures menu adherence and meets residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Schedules dining staff, procures supplies, and manages budget forecasting and compliance.
• Establishes sanitation and QA standards and participates in staff orientations.
