The Landing of Long Cove is seeking a Culinary Director to lead dining services at our senior living community in Mason, OH. You will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management while ensuring dietary standards and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities include covering shifts during staff call-outs, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional resident dining experiences through collaboration with residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in food service management, preferably healthcare/hospitality.
• SERV Safe certification completed.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Knowledge of senior dietary requirements and menu planning.

• Design and implement resident-focused menus that meet nutritional needs.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff for high-quality meals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation compliance, and dietary regulations.
