Job summary

Sanctuary Recovery Centers is seeking a passionate Director of Food Services to lead our culinary team across inpatient and outpatient programs. Design nutritious, tasty menus with the dietician, and ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

You will mentor kitchen staff, manage day-to-day operations, oversee inventory and budgeting, and align meals with dietary needs while upholding regulatory guidelines. This is a mission-driven role in a caring recovery environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or staff training in high-volume food preparation.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Culinary arts program preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt menus for inpatient/outpatient facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop balanced, nutritious menus with the Dietician.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff and clients.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, inventory, and purchasing.
• Maintain sanitary and safety standards per regulations.
• Hire, train, and develop culinary team; ensure high service quality.
