Arrow Senior Living in Little Rock, AR seeks a Culinary Director to lead our dining program and culinary team. The role runs 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a $75,000–$80,000 salary and full-time benefits.

You will sustain high standards, manage cost controls, and collaborate with residents to craft appealing seasonal menus. The position emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen environment in a senior housing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 3 years in senior housing or related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, training and supervision skills.
• Strong written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Completed formal culinary/food service training or equivalent experience.
• Able to create, modify and print Word/Excel documents.
• Must be physically able to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass health screening and TB test per policy.
• Criminal background clear.
