Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for residents. The role is full-time, based in Kansas City, MO and Olathe, KS, with a focus on high standards, portion control, and waste reduction.

You will develop menus that align with resident preferences, manage kitchen operations, and mentor staff to deliver consistent five-star service across all dining venues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of experience in senior housing or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and supervision abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Culinary department delivering five-star service in front and back of house.
• Ensure menu items meet culinary standards and minimize waste.
• Develop seasonal menus based on resident preferences and needs.
