Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Director for our Kansas City, MO area campuses. This full-time leadership role oversees the culinary department, ensuring five-star dining experiences for residents while managing portions, waste, and menu development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in senior housing or related field, strong leadership and training abilities, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Competitive salary with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years experience in senior housing or related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with management and staff.
• Completed formal culinary, food service or restaurant training or equivalent supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Culinary department to deliver five-star service in front and back of house.
• Ensure food items meet culinary standards while controlling portions and waste.
• Develop seasonal menus based on resident preferences and fresh ingredients.
