Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Solid understanding of basic food preparation principles and cooking methods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation, and proper storage.
• Good communication with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic math related to portioning and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with required ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and trim food items.
• Safely use utensils and operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, mixers).
