Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in related role.
• Understanding of food preparation and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food per recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, peeling.
• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and other methods.
• Arrange and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food following safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and security of assets.
