Responsibilities

• Operate food station, perform station checklist, temperature log, counter meeting, and signage.
• Requisition food supplies, equipment, and appliances based on future needs.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure meals are prepared economically.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to your manager.
