The position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and culinary excellence with a hotel background; a culinary degree is valued and a Hiring Bonus of $500 applies upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have open and flexible availability, to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Previous line experience in comparable high-volume environment preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.
• Support the colleague dining experience in the Colleague Café.
• Maintain professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, with supervision as needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
