BENCHMARK is seeking a passionate Cook to join our Culinary team in Hanover, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in a professional kitchen, eager to learn and contribute to menu creation that highlights seasonal ingredients.

This role includes developing cooking skills, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and ensuring food quality. A strong work ethic and willingness to work various shifts are essential. Compensation ranges from $24.05 to $28.30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Energetic personality and desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in various cooking methods such as grill, sauté and fry.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food and items are stored properly.
• Assist the Chef in the production and fabrication of food products.
