Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, seeks a Cooking Class Instructor to lead hands-on culinary experiences for guests, working closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Activities Manager. You will also assist with kitchen duty and maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have culinary training and at least two years in fine dining, with a collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage transitions in a fast-paced resort

Formación

• Culinary education and/or on the job training in hotel and fine dining.
• Minimum 2 years of experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guests on hands-on cooking sessions (1.5 hours) with a focus on pasta, cookies, or grilling techniques.
• Assist with kitchen duties and support the Executive and Head Chefs.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and inventory efficiency while meeting guest specifications.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
