Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional culinary experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in culinary/consumer education and/or two (2) years of staff training in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver public and private hands-on culinary classes.
• Partner with FE Manager to plan consumer programming for CA locations.
• Provide edits to course material reflecting cost, seasonality and procurement.
• Manage onboarding and training of on-call Food Enthusiast Instructors.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and budget controls are in place and follow safety codes.
