Lettuce Entertain You offers a summer Restaurant Management Internship with two levels, running May 25 through August 4, 2027. Interns will work hourly in multiple Illinois restaurants and may participate in Windy City Smokeout events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars and program activities.
• Assist in restaurant operations across roles as assigned by mentors and managers.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Support interns during events and at live expo in Chicago.
