Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in the content area is required.
• 5 years industry experience as pastry chef or chef is required.
• Food Service Manager's License is required.
• This is for in-person/face-to-face courses only.

Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings; multiple delivery modes may be used.
• Student evaluation and timely submission of required paperwork.
