Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Culinary Assistant to support our dietary operations and help create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and daily kitchen clean-up, ensuring adherence to sanitary standards and approved policies.

Ideal candidates will have food service or hospitality experience and the ability to interact tactfully with residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a courteous, compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals palatable and appetizing with proper portion control.
• Provide Platinum Service to residents, guests and staff.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and policies.
• Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Assist with catering and buffet set ups.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen.
• Assist with bussing tables during and after meals.
