Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in an appetizing presentation following portion control procedures.
• Provide Platinum Service to residents, guests and staff.
• Prepare food in compliance with sanitary regulations and policies.
• Assist in cleaning tasks and dining area setup.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining room as instructed.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Assist with meal preparation and buffet/catering setup.
• Ensure trays and utensils meet requirements and are delivered to residents.
