Job summary

Brookstone Village in Omaha, NE is seeking a dedicated Culinary Assistant to help prepare meals, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. You will assist with chopping vegetables, marinating meats, measuring ingredients, and supporting cooks with timely service.

• Experience as a cook or kitchen handler preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Excellent time management to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, such as pots and pans, up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

Hours

• 6:00am - 2:30pm with every other weekend
• Rotating holiday schedule required

Pay Range

• $16.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
