The Baker/Culinary Assistant is an integral part of the culinary team providing expert knowledge in the area of baked goods for restaurant style quality dining. Through the development of strong personal relationships and baking knowledge, the Baker/Culinary Assistant does their part in creating a dining experience that exceeds resident expectations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook or kitchen handler is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
Ability to lift heavy objects, such as pots and pans, up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
Hours:
6:00am - 2:30pm with every other weekend
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Qualified candidates will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
