Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Missoula, MT is seeking a Full-time Culinary Assistant - Cook to support dining services and resident meals.

You will assist in meal preparation, portioning, setup of trays and dining areas, ensure sanitary practices, and provide Platinum Service to residents, guests and staff. The role requires teamwork and adherence to policies while performing daily kitchen duties.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Provide Platinum Service to each resident, guest and staff member.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and policies.
• Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room as instructed.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Set up and prepare food for the upcoming meal.
• Assist with bussing tables during and after meals.
• Check meal trays for accuracy before distribution.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
