Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a student/staff-run commercial kitchen.
• Guide students to earning a ServSafe certificate.
• Teach budgeting for weekly kitchen operations.
• Procure supplies within a budget and keep within cost controls.
• Ensure kitchen meets Rhode Island Department of Health requirements.
• Pass annual kitchen inspections.
• Collaborate with administration and teachers to align curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet student needs.
