Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field required, plus 3 years culinary experience.
• Or an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Current SERV Safe Certification.
• Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Delivers effective individualized instruction to class members.
• Ensures safety and lab compliance with procedures.
• Selects and obtains appropriate educational materials.
• Maintains consistency of syllabi, lesson plans, tests and coursework.
• Assists with recruiting and marketing activities.
• Assists with registration and orientation functions.
• Participates in curriculum development and college activities.
