Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in compliance with Health Department codes and industry best practices.
• Develop and provide clear, structured course syllabi and detailed lesson plans that support learning outcomes.
• Plan a comprehensive course calendar to ensure all competencies are taught and assessed over the academic year.
• Design engaging lessons, demonstrations, and evaluations using various methods.
• Coordinate with Catering and Cafeteria services for real-world experience.
• Maintain up-to-date student records via NorthStar.
