Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism, Culinary Arts I, and Culinary Arts II per Alabama CTE standards.
• Develop and implement engaging, standards-based lessons with hands-on laboratory instruction.
• Create a safe, organized, industry-standard commercial kitchen learning environment.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners and integrate employability skills.
• Oversee a student-operated food service enterprise and collaborate with local hospitality partners.
• Promote the Culinary Arts programme within the school and community and maintain documentation.
