Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in the trade of instruction.
• One year of teaching experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive classroom atmosphere to maximize motivation and participation.
• Maintain discipline to ensure maximum learning.
• Establish strong student/instructor rapport.
• Teach vocational skills and coordinate curriculum development.
• Coordinate with health and safety managers on student wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, TARs, and industry certifications.
