Qualifications

• Earned High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Documented one year employment in the culinary field.
• Associates degree (preferred).
• Three years employment in culinary field (preferred).
• American Culinary Federation certification (preferred).
• Experience in correctional or post-secondary settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain program requirements, attend professional development, meet with students and college personnel to discuss instructional programs and issues.
• Evaluates student progress toward goals and objectives.
• Completes reports, records and invoices in a timely manner and maintains inventory of assigned properties.
• Maintain qualifications per TCSG Policy Manual and accreditation standards.
• Follow institution policies and procedures and applicable state regulations.
• Travel to satellite locations within the College service area as needed.
