Qualifications

• Five years of full-time industry experience.
• Endorsements: Family and Consumer Science or related program.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students in cooking, food presentation and service, plus health and safety.
• Maintains ServSafe certification and teaches/certifies students.
• Develops hands-on instructional plans for active participation.
• Modifies instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Maintains student records and attendance.
• Collaborates with staff and post-secondary institutions to build career pathways.
