Koelsch Communities' Arbor Hills Memory Care in Plano seeks a personable Culinary Aide to join our day-shift kitchen team. This full-time role offers starting pay $16/hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and more, plus a paid vacation and holidays.

You will serve meals, bus tables, keep dining areas clean, and ensure food service safety. Candidates should have a food handler's card, basic math skills, and the ability to lift 15 pounds; drug screening

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Assist residents in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu and specials.
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents' beverages.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, cooperative manner.
• Maintain grooming and presentation standards and clean uniform.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You AreYou enjoy providing outstanding customer service to residents. This role provides meal service, buses tables, and cleans kitchen and dining areas.What You'll Do

• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
