Koelsch Communities is seeking a part-time server to provide exceptional dining service to residents in Surprise, AZ. You will prepare tables, maintain a clean dining area, and assist residents with menu selections while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role includes weekend/afternoon shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits for part-time staff. This employer emphasizes growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Prepare dining room tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Assist residents in selecting food and beverages and explain daily specials.
• Clear and bus dirty dishes; refill beverages as needed; interact courteously with residents.
• Maintain grooming and a clean uniform; perform basic cleaning as directed.
• Assist with special events and other duties as assigned.

Earn between $16.50 and $17.50/hour, dependent on experience!

Who you are:

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service to residents. This role provides meal service, buses tables, and cleans kitchen and dining areas.

What you'll do:

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages as neededInteract with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Positive impersonal skills are required
• A food handler's card is required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
