Koelsch Communities seeks a personable Culinary Aide for Rock Creek in Surprise, AZ. This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week with afternoon and weekend shifts and pay between $16.50 and $17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Assist residents with food and beverage selection.
• Bus dirty dishes and refill beverages.
• Interact with residents in a courteous and empathetic manner.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.

We are seeking a personable and attentive Culinary Aide to join our Culinary Department at Rock Creek!

Part-time opportunity!

Earn between $16.50 and $17.50/hour, dependent on experience!

Who You Are

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service to residents. This role provides meal service, buses tables, and cleans kitchen and dining areas.

What You'll Do

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs' daily specials
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents' beverages as needed
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
