Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking a Program Manager / Integration Lead to serve as Key Personnel for enterprise program management support to the TSA LE/FAMS CUAS Unit. The role requires coordinating across planning, budgeting, logistics, training, data, and executive communications at a national level.

Location is primarily at TSA/FAMS in Springfield, VA, with potential remote/offsite work as authorized. 10+ years federal program experience and the ability to pass security requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years experience in supporting Federal programs.
• Experience in Federal program management, task order management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with CUAS, law enforcement, or homeland security environments preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigations and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for COR and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage contractor personnel and align with Government priorities.
• Monitor workload, deliverables, risks, issues, and resources.
• Prepare contract deliverables (MCSR, transition plans, weekly trackers).
• Lead quarterly PMRs and post-award conference.
