Job summary

Ashley Digital, the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, seeks a data-driven CTV media leader to drive media across our brands. You will lead all CTV buying, optimize CPMs, secure premium inventory, and negotiate Deal IDs and PMP agreements to fuel growth.

You will drive online conversions and in-store traffic through omnichannel strategies, collaborating with data science to refine attribution, incrementality tests, and audience insights using tracking pixels and clean rooms

Qualifications

• Experience leading CTV media buying across multiple brands.
• Ability to optimize campaigns and negotiate premium inventory.
• Familiarity with attribution models and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all CTV media buying efforts across the total house of brands, including Ashley Furniture and mattress portfolio.
• Optimize CPMs, secure premium inventory, and negotiate Deal IDs and PMP agreements.
• Drive both online transactions and in-store traffic through omnichannel strategies.
