Ashley Digital is seeking a Growth Marketing Designer to join our remote-first team in the United States. You will craft high-impact creative for paid social, YouTube, and CTV, collaborating with directors and peers to evolve our design system and brand aesthetics while prioritizing performance.

You will drive rapid iterations, test concepts, and translate data into compelling narratives to support growth marketing goals in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience in a similar role with a performance-driven portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; able to edit video content.
• Experience with paid social, YouTube/CTV assets, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality designs across social, video, and display formats.
• Collaborate with Marketing Directors and designers to evolve creative systems.
• Lead rapid creative iterations and testing to drive performance.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries for growth.
• Balance speed, quality, and performance in a fast-paced ecommerce setting.
