Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in program management and direction.
• Substantial experience working with youth.
• Job Corps or related program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Career Technical Training, Work-Based Learning, and CTR/Grad-90 programs end to end.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate CTT staff and fill vacancies quickly.
• Provide ongoing staff training and career progression paths.
• Ensure individualized student case management leads to credentials and employment.
• Align programs with local employer needs via Workforce Council.
• Manage the CTR/Grad-90 transition and job placement preparation.
• Develop community partnerships for education and employment.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Uphold Career Success Standards and accountability.
• Cover other duties as assigned.
