Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Career Technical Training (CTT) Manager to lead the CTT Department, oversee staff and program operations, and collaborate with related teams to ensure high-quality training outcomes.

You will manage resources, budgets, and partnerships, driving compliance and continuous program improvements to support student success across Job Corps initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, career technical education, or related field with five years of related management experience.
• Experience managing or coordinating career technical training, workforce development, or similar programs.
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with information technology, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the activities and operations of the CTT Department and provide leadership to staff.
• Establish, manage, and evaluate department goals and performance objectives to meet outcomes.
• Coordinate with Records, Counseling, Residential, and other departments for OTP programs.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and instructional materials to support training quality.
• Develop and maintain employer partnerships for work-based learning and placement opportunities.
• Oversee student progress, safety, and compliance with policies.
