Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist (CTRT) for our Dallas, TX home and community neurorehabilitation program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation Therapy.
• Maintains CTRT certification through NCTRC.
• Maintains professional license/certification if state requires.
• Minimum of two years therapeutic therapy experience and program design.
• Experience with neurologic or orthopedic injuries/conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to/from multiple assignments daily.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and sets measurable goals with rehabilitation team.
• Adjusts treatment to maximize independence and function.
• Plans and coordinates recreation activities and leisure education.
• Interviews patients to assess capabilities, monitors progress, and adjusts as needed.
• Designs community reintegration activities for physical and cognitive needs.
• Regularly reassesses treatment plan and progress toward goals.
• Communicates patient progress to treatment team, physician, family, and other members.
• Maintains and submits evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation to required standards.
• Complies with HIPAA, company policies, and state/federal laws.
• May collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to fulfill treatment plans.
