Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a CTR Team Supervisor to manage the CTR Analyst staff and oversee the full CTR process, including filings, exemption processing and training. The role requires strong knowledge of BSA rules and trends and effective communication with markets, customers, and the BSA team.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring of cash transactions, CTR determinations, data integrity checks, and collaboration with SAR/BSA specialists.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA Rules and Regulations.
• Experience with CTR filings and SAR processes.
• Ability to train and coach CTR Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CTR process including filings, exemption processing, training and process development.
• Monitor cash transactions using Verafin and CBC reports to determine CTR filing requirements.
• Prepare exemption documentation and coordinate with markets.
• Train CTR Analysts; communicate with markets and BSA team.
• Analyze data integrity and report on CTRs and exemptions.
