Credit Union West seeks a BSA/AML Specialist to ensure adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies, including CTRs, SARs, FinCEN and OFAC notifications. Implement controls to mitigate money laundering risks and support risk management initiatives.

Under the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, this role manages CTRs/SANFs, performs due diligence, and coordinates with auditors and regulators. Full-time position based in Glendale, AZ, with strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML basics is preferred.
• Experience with CTRs, SARs, FinCEN, OFAC is desirable.
• Ability to review and document regulatory compliance findings.

Aufgaben

• Assist in CTRs and SAR filings and ensure timely submission to FinCEN.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and escalate as needed.
• Perform due diligence and verify member identities for risk assessment.
• Support audits and regulator requests with accurate data and documentation.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting the BSA/AML program.
