Job summary

The role focuses on leading security initiatives across transportation, warehouse, and facility operations; conducting audits, risk assessments, and supporting CTPAT compliance; managing physical security systems; and advising stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in security-related field (supply chain, corporate, or logistics).
• Experience supporting logistics security programs.
• Familiar with access control, intrusion detection, and cloud CCTV.
• Knowledge of CTPAT and security audit processes.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead security initiatives across transportation, warehouse, and facility operations throughout the U.S.
• Conduct investigations, audits, and risk assessments while driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Support CTPAT compliance and security requirements established by customers, regulators, and Kuehne+Nagel.
• Oversee physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and cloud-based CCTV platforms.
• Serve as a trusted security advisor by identifying risks, solving complex issues, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
