You will drive a multi-year vision, ensure secure, scalable platforms, and partner with executives to shape technology investments and partnerships.

The role requires building an empowered, world-class tech team, transitioning to Agile practices, and translating complex tech concepts for business

Qualifications

• Leadership and executive-level technology strategy experience.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional influence.
• Experience with security, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year technology vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Promote customer-centric, problem-first product development processes.
• Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments and partnerships.
• Define architectural vision ensuring scalable, secure, modular systems.
• Drive platform thinking with reusable services and APIs across products.
• Oversee modernization and balance investment in existing platforms with new capabilities.
• Lead engineering culture focused on ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain modern engineering practices balancing speed, quality, reliability, and security.
• Support Agile methodologies and Scrum-at-Scale adoption.
• Partner with other departments to align priorities and resources.
