Job summary

ASG is seeking a CTO-level technology leader to guide our core tech stack for luxury safari experiences. You will own the Blaze CRM, multiple WordPress sites, AI and data initiatives, and a scalable infrastructure, while writing code alongside a small team.

You will partner with the CEO to set architecture, governance, and a roadmap that scales with growth, balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or systems architecture with leadership
• Strong backend or full-stack capability (PHP, Python, Node.js)
• Experience managing Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
• Strong PostgreSQL/SQL Server expertise
• Proven record leading small engineering teams
• Strategic thinker who writes code when needed
• Able to work with CEO and translate needs to tech solutions

Responsibilities

• Own Blaze CRM architecture, stability, and roadmap
• Oversee 20+ WordPress sites, cloud infrastructure, security
• Lead AI/automation projects and data pipelines
• Oversee rate extraction and booking engine development
• Set technology governance and standards
• Mentor and grow a small tech team
• Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions
