JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Technology Resiliency leader within Global Technology’s CTO office. You will drive the resiliency framework, align with regulatory obligations, and ensure continuous improvement in processes and controls across the organization.

You will partner with Application Owners, SRE teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust resiliency coverage, governance, and executive reporting, supporting recovery of critical platforms during disruptions and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in technology risk, controls, or resiliency in large-scale environments.
• Experience establishing governance for AI-assisted workflows in risk reporting and control management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end execution of technology resiliency activities across CTO and risk standards.
• Coordinate AI governance to accelerate evidence synthesis, issue analysis, and executive reporting with proper data handling.
• Provide domain guidance to application/product owners on risk, control, and policy requirements.
• Manage resiliency testing events, including MEPC testing and stakeholder communications.
