Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Resiliency lead within the Global Technology’s Chief Technology Office to drive the resiliency program across the firm.

You will oversee end-to-end resiliency activities, align with enterprise risk standards, and provide governance for AI-assisted risk reporting and action plans. You will partner with Application Owners, Product Owners, engineers, and control managers to ensure robust resiliency coverage, effective reporting, and timely responses to

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience in technology risk, controls, or resiliency functions within a large-scale environment.
• Ability to facilitate complex simulations and scenario-based exercises.
• Experience coordinating technology testing, audits, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of technology resiliency activities across CTO, ensuring alignment with policies and risk standards.
• Set governance for AI-assisted workflows used in risk reporting and issue/action-plan management.
• Provide domain guidance to application/product owners on risk, controls, and policy requirements.
• Coordinate technology resiliency testing events, including MEPC testing and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align resiliency practices across the firm.
• Develop and maintain compliance reporting and dashboards for resiliency metrics.
