Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Director, Chief of Staff to partner with the CTO Office, translating strategic priorities into executable plans. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, align technology investments with business value, and shape organizational governance across product, risk, operations, and finance in a fast-paced payments technology environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in technology strategy, operations, transformation, or portfolio enablement.
• Experience partnering with CTO/CIO-level executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to executives and nontechnical audiences.
