Qualifications
- 15+ years of technology strategy, operations, transformation experience.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, and outcomes.
- Experience partnering with CTO/CIO or senior technology leaders.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to build business cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain alignment among technology vision, priorities, investment decisions, and execution.
- Translate strategy into multiyear roadmaps and governance with measurable outcomes.
- Lead strategic planning using business data, technology trends, and market developments.
- Connect enterprise, product, client, operational, and risk priorities to technology capabilities and investments.
- Develop executive strategy documents, business cases, and decision materials.
