Establish roadmaps, standards, governance, and target-state architecture.
Translate business objectives into measurable technology outcomes and execution plans.
Ensure IT groups operate cohesively to support business goals.
Build relationships across the organization for shared ownership of initiatives.
Monitor new technologies, risk, and operational practices; make informed recommendations.
