Job summary

EY is seeking a Program Manager to support the CTO, translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. The role requires proactive, highly organized work with senior stakeholders, delivering structured governance and collaboration across diverse teams.

You will drive operating rhythms, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely progress from decision to execution, partnering with Finance, Talent and other enabling functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program or portfolio management, business operations, strategy or transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate priorities across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and executive briefings skills.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms, leadership agendas, business reviews and decision forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies for integrated execution.
• Ideate and drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation with milestone visibility.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and talking points for leadership discussions.
• Capture decisions, track commitments, raise barriers and ensure follow‑through.
• Support development of governance, processes, tools and ways of working to improve effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Operations and other functions to align requirements.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks and capacity needs for leadership attention.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Act as trusted thought partner to the CTO to support stronger outcomes.
