Lucis, a Paris-based health tech startup, is hiring a CTO right-hand to accelerate speed and quality by embedding AI into how we work. This enablement + systems role turns high-leverage workflows into repeatable playbooks and lightweight internal products.

You will identify opportunities across teams, build guardrails for safe, trustworthy outputs, and help the CTO in tech and founder-level work. You should ship quickly, own what you build, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3+ years in product engineering, platform eng, technical enablement, or applied AI, with clear evidence of shipped outcomes.
• Power user of modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, v0, etc.) and can explain failures and fixes.
• Prototype quickly and ship small improvements weekly.
• Strong enablement instincts: teach, write clearly, drive adoption with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Pragmatic and impact-driven: optimize workflows people use and trust, not novelty.
