Job summary

Socket.dev in Marietta, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage CTO and quick-ship projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will track orders through production and shipment, keeping internal teams aligned on schedules, requirements, and potential delays.

You will coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, engineering and logistics teams, review orders for accuracy, and provide timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, inside sales support, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems and project tracking tools.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from initial entry through shipment and final closeout.
• Review sales orders for configuration, accuracy, and completeness.
• Monitor key milestones, including materials, production, testing, and shipping.
• Keep order and project information current in ERP and project management systems.
• Work closely with production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Provide customer updates and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Identify orders at risk of delay and identify issues before they affect delivery.
• Coordinate shipping requirements, documentation, and customer-specific needs.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing project status reports.
• Help improve order tracking, scheduling, and related operational processes.
